PROGRESSIVE FLOW

SKILL LEVEL: All Levels – Intermediate

A challenging and alignment based vinyasa style class focused on linking the breath, mind and body with movement. Classes are built a semester at a time with a lot of thought (and science) put towards a peak posture or theme.  The same sequence is purposefully taught over a number of weeks so that students have the opportunity to learn, refine, and mess up.  The process of learning isn’t always linear and neither is this class.
