This is a meditation and yoga class combined in a warm environment.  An ongoing class to help us understand how the deep roots of yoga can help us navigate this human mind, this human experience, with more peace. Let’s understand more about how our bodies and minds work. Yoga and meditation can help us expand our understanding of ourselves and each other. It’s so common for people today to have complex relationships with body image, mood, substances and technology. We say we want to be in relationships with others – *and* conflict and boundaries are hard!
