Fit is a mat based fusion class where foundations are explored to build functional strength while incorporating the mindful inner listening of a yoga class. Stages of movements are taught in progression to support your personal wellness goals and modifications are available for all levels. This class incorporates the prehab nature of Sweat and Stretch, the reps and energy of a Barre class, and the integration of it all that closes like a calming yoga class. You come for the strength training but stay for the fun breath focused experience.
