Our flow classes are designed to be a cardiovascular workout, using flows or vinyasas to link sets of postures together, which help to keep the heart rate up, and the body working hard.  Expect challenging sequences, advanced postures as as side crow, or flying crow, loads of sweat and definitely many laughs.
