The Roots (All Levels) is a consistent and grounding some-what set sequenced hot yoga class where students will discover awareness, build strength and calm the mind.  Our hope is that each class will be slightly different, and students can leave with a feeling of success in their body and mind.  Whether it’s strength, flexibility, challenge, stress release or a spiritual practice – we are here to support each type of student.  Teachers offer varying levels of challenge throughout the class so that new students aren’t lost, and seasoned students are propelled forward.
