Darci is an avid student and teacher who feels that yoga doesn’t stop once you get off your mat. It’s a lifestyle, a way of living, and a way of taking care of those around you. With a deep love of storytelling, Darci has an ability to weave laughter and wisdom into the most mundane of life’s moments. Raised in a flow based community, Darci has studied Hatha, Vinyasa (Flow), Biomechanics and the body, strength training and intelligent sequencing. These areas of expertise give this studio, and Darci the ability to teach classes that not just inspire, not just pay homage to the traditions of yoga, but also the direction that yoga is now embarking on globally. She is always inspired by the teachings of Brene Brown and Michael Stone – strong leaders who challenge us to engage in conversation in ways where we get to take care of ourselves and each other and in return we feel a sense of joy, belonging and support.
